HOW TO REACH ME

Communicating via email or through the built in project management system attached to my website allows me to more efficiently  reference client inquiries and deliver to all clients within the order the inquiry is received. Text may be used for quick product questions or check ins from the designer to client, but should not be used as the primary to reach the designer.

HOW DO I BOOK YOU FOR HELP WITH IDEAS?

Even if my design bookings are full, I am always accepting consultation calls via the "Book a Call" tab.

WHEN 
WILL I HEAR BACK

Between  11 am - 7 pm on any given business day. Up to 48 hours for emails. Up to 3-5 business days for deliverables.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP

As a company dedicated to dope design, we wanted to leave the shipping to the pros. You will receive a confirmation for when your order has shipped from our warehouse and is on our way to you !

I PAY

 Send a formal inquiry through our form. You will pay a $50% deposit to confirm your booking via Square invoices for custom orders.
